Can I Return Artwork?
To ensure clarity, please note that we are unable to accept returns for artworks that have already been framed. Your satisfaction with your artwork is paramount to us. Therefore, we offer a 30-day cooling-off period for you to assess the piece in your home and ensure it meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you find the artwork unsuitable, we will facilitate its return. You can either arrange for the artwork to be collected from your home, or you can send it back to us.

For orders outside of Germany, the same policy applies. Please contact us, and we will coordinate the collection of the artwork. It is advisable to return the artwork in its original secure packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

How to Initiate a Return:
If the artwork was delivered to your home and you wish for it to be collected from there, ensure you have retained all the original packaging for safe pickup.

Simply reach out to inform us of your intention to return the artwork. Providing your order reference number, if available, will assist us in locating your details. Alternatively, you can send the artwork back to us, ensuring it remains in its original condition and packaging.

Order Error or Damages:
Although we take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition, if you discover any issues upon delivery, please notify us immediately.

Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned artwork, either through collection or DHL delivery, we will initiate the refund process promptly.

Making A Complaint

At Orendi Gallery, our priority is to ensure you receive exceptional service. If, however, you find yourself dissatisfied with your experience, please do not hesitate to inform us. Initially, if you are already in communication with an art consultant or your local gallery, we encourage you to address your concerns with them directly. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can contact our head office team using any of the methods provided below.

We strive to acknowledge all email inquiries within two working days. For postal correspondence, please indicate your preferred method of contact for our response. We endeavor to provide written responses within 28 days of receiving your correspondence.
