How long can delivery of artwork take?
For any other artwork orders, please allow up to four weeks from the time of placing your order. A considerable number of our pieces are meticulously handcrafted upon order, exclusively for you, here in Germany. Books and gift vouchers will be dispatched within a few days.
Kindly be aware that in cases where multiple artworks are acquired in a single order, they may be shipped separately to ensure swift and efficient delivery.

Worldwide delivery
All international orders are shipped via DHL. You'll receive tracking details from DHL on the day your artwork departs from Orendi Gallery Headquarters.
For international deliveries, standard glass is substituted with a higher-rated UV filtered Art Screen, while museum-grade glass is replaced with a museum-grade Art Screen. This is to ensure secure delivery, as all orders are fulfilled from our headquarters in Cologne, Germany.
Delivery to the United States:
We are delighted to offer delivery services to the United States.
EU Delivery:
Delivery within the EU is available and will typically be handed over to your local or national delivery provider once your order has left Germany. You'll receive comprehensive tracking information as soon as your order is prepared for shipment.
Rest of World Delivery:
Delivery outside the EU or United States is also available and will usually be handed over to your local or national delivery provider once it departs Germany. You'll receive complete tracking information as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
Will I pay tax on my order?
Outside the EU:
Exciting news! For customers outside the EU, we can often exclude the VAT from your order's price.
Please note that you may be responsible for paying an import fee. These fees differ depending on the country, so we recommend checking your government's website to understand the applicable regulations.
Within the EU:
For deliveries within the EU, VAT will be excluded from your order and will be levied as import duty at the border.
